Would anyone care for a shower?

Minimal work, minutes of planning, and nearly no money spent were not in vain.  Check it out!

The undead dude with me was the host of the party, John, whose makeup was friggin amazing.  If Romero saw it, he’d be very proud.

Halloween and Gay Starship Captains

Sulu_1 George Takei came out!  How awesome is that?!?  I remember how proud I was in The Undiscovered Country when it was revealed that Sulu was not only an Admiral but also the Captain of the Excelsior, which always sounded more like a hotel than a spaceship.  It’s nice to know that Asians and homosexuals will be around in the future, but as John Leguizamo pointed out, it seems that Latinos will no longer be a part of society.  Unless somehow Kirk is part Dominican…

Below is the "blueprint" for my Halloween costume.  It’s mostly put together and I’ll post a photo once it’s done.  (Click to see the full size version with details.)Shower

For the love of Al Gore

Algore

This post has nothing to do with Al Gore, but I just love that phrase and I hope everone starts to use it more.

If you love The Office and/or Extras or just want an interesting laugh, check this out!

And how did I get to that site?  Here’s a link to a bloggish site that is so much more interesting than this piece of crap you’re reading.  It’s done by my old friend Kyoung a.k.a. Jam-Bbong (I apologize), who was brilliant since birth.

Every Day is Festivus (for the rest of us)

Festivus_2

Remember that Festivus begins with the airing of grievances?  Well in my life, my parents ensure that every day is Festivus.  They make mountains out of molehills.  And then when we have to face an actual mountain, you can’t see the mountain for the molehills!  SERENITY NOW!!!  And those are my grievances.

So when the hell do we get to the feats of strength?  I think I thought up a new use for the Festivus Pole.

(By the way, it’s not a joke: Women, go get your bits and pieces checked out!  We love them as much as you do so no one wants them getting sick.)

Not the gayest thing I’ve ever said but it’s up there…

Y’all…  Everybody must leave their home IMMEDIATELY and go rent Dirty
Dancing Havana Nights.  It’s quite awesome, especially if you’re a fan
of the original cus El Swayz is in it, though it’s not as awesome as the
first.  But it’s really a great flick.  A touching story about a
repressed white girl who has to get over the crackerness her honky
parents instilled in her so she can relax and learn to dance like an
ethnic. (I only have one issue: in the whole length of the movie, not one person put Baby in the corner.) Check it out now!!!

Addendum 8/7 8 PM: Dirty Dancing Havana Nights is on Showtime and the original Dirty Dancing is on We, my favorite network.
